Romans 9-11, Age of Empires IV, and Job Hopping – The Garrett Ashley Mullet Show
Revisiting an episode from several weeks ago, I want to consider again the question of ‘Why a Good God Would Allow for Evil and Suffering.’
“Oh, the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are his judgments and how inscrutable his ways!”
Just to reiterate briefly, the answer to the question of why a good God would allow for evil and suffering is that he wanted to, and he definitionally sets the standard rather than being subject to some external standard above himself.
Also, in other news, I recently tried out Age of Empires IV multiplayer with my three oldest sons. While fun, we have been having issues with the game crashing. So that’s a bummer.
And finally, I want to touch on the subject of my working life and how I discuss and think about it on this podcast. Am I oversharing? Am I being unwise in my attitude? Let’s take a look at that.
